I had to drive out to Arcadia today to pick up E from a Scout thing (he finally finished his last merit badge so he can get Eagle!). Anyway, on our way home we happened upon this surprising sight.                                 

As we watched him cross the road we looked up and saw about eight more just laying in the grass.

I was very disappointed with the photos I got. They were laying in the shade so the lighting was horrible. The pictures came out very noisy and blurry.  I had to post a few anyway because it was so cool… how many times do you see deer in the middle of a southern California neighborhood? I think I annoyed them though, because very soon they all got up and walked across the street.
