I first picked up a camera in January of 2007 when I heard about Project 365. The assignment was to take one photograph everyday and post it online to record your life. I realized I had found my passion. I could not put the camera down. I love the feeling of being behind a camera when all there is is me and what I see through the lens. I soon started exploring painting my photos as well. This was a completely new process for me but very healing. It gave my pictures a new life that didn't exist before. It gave me a new life as well.
Every day, I continue to explore this new world, whether photographing it, or creating my artwork as an expression of it. I also am constantly looking at ways to grow further in my art. I feel so lucky to have found my passion and an avenue of expression to share it with others. I hope you enjoy the site and the work...
