Daring Baker Challenge: Filled Meringue Coffee Cake
March’s challenge was a lot more fun than some of the others have been. Probably because we got to use yeast which B has never really done before (and the use of cinnamon and chocolate didn’t hurt). It was a pretty simple recipe and it was really yummy, at least for a couple of days. After that it got kind of dried out. Definitely one of my favorite challenges so far.
