A Break

Feb 26, 2011     1 Comment     Posted in: Blog

We were supposed to have rain all day today so I had plans to hunker down and work on my computer all day. By early afternoon, however, there was a break in the storm and the sky was irresistible. I had to get outside and find something to shoot. I wasn’t finding much of anything I hadn’t seen before, so I started to turn around and come home. As I was driving, I happened to look over to my right, and I saw this empty field. I had seen the field before, but today it was filled with beautiful wildflowers. I love moments like that, finding the unexpected in places you’ve been a million times before.
